eat THIS! not THAT!

based on my aunt, my dad, some friends, some magazines, and some internet sources... (found the list in a notebook I had before.. when I was super conscious about what food I take in)

if you have...

Puffy eyes:
     eat bananas, grapefruits, cayenne pepper (I heard this also helps in you loose weight)
     nada avoid salt, yeast

Thin hair:
     eat dark greens and meat!(yummmm) beans and eggs also help, along with olive oil (keeps your hair healthy and shiny), almonds
(also heard that if you crush pain relievers and mix them with your shampoo.. it can help keep your hair look healthy... not sure about this though.. sounds like a myth haha)

Brown spots/ beauty marks/ freckles:
     eat dark chocolates, broccoli, green tea
     nada alcohol

Dull skin:
    eat onions, spices, carrots, other green veggies
    nada sugar, caffeine, fried foods

Acne:
    eat melon, tomatoes, red bell pepper (anything bright red and orange colored fruits)
    nada seaweeds, shrimps

Wrinkles:
    eat fruits rich n color, salmon, lobsters, (if you add 1/8tsp cinnamon in the foods you eat, it can decrease your sugar level)
(..will definitely try this!!)


Dry skin:
     eat avocado, kiwi, citrus, olive oil, water
    nada coffee and black tea (I also heard that when you drink tea, you'll be more prone to stretch marks?)

... I'm NOT sure if these are all true, but whacha gonna loose?
